About Us
Our History

For 16 years, our daughters became involved in raising Seeing Eye puppies for the blind.  These puppies became part of our family as we trained and loved them for 18-20 months. Our goal for these puppies was to give them back to Seeing Eye with the hope they would guide and become the best companion for

someone... someday …somewhere.

This journey of taking these Seeing Eye puppies everywhere to meet everyone,

and to train them how to behave in all situations

was with the sole purpose to prepare them to change another person's life

...  but it actually changed our lives!

It has led us to a new journey of raising and preparing Golden Retriever puppies

who are healthy, trained, socialized and loved

for all kinds of people... for all kinds of needs.

We saw firsthand , that these Goldens will pour their love into

anyone who opens their heart

and surround them with love.

So that is our hope...
…to raise excellent Goldens that can be placed where they can flourish

and enrich another person's life.

Our Goal

The Seeing Eye Puppies were known as “Puppies with a Purpose”.
So our family has committed to continue this journey of raising

“puppies with a purpose” for  others.
We have seen the Goldens restore, heal, enhance and give confidence to all they meet.
Their drive to be close,  to love , and to be loved is an  innate drive and gift of the Goldens.

Our goal and prayer is that you too will be enriched by the

gift of love this puppy will give you!

Our Family

We live in a forest along a creek...perfect retreat for our family and our Golden Family.

Through all the seasons, they romp and explore our forest.

They are surrounded by family of all ages from 1-94 years old and

all the friends that visit.

Our dogs are incorporated into our family's life and daily routine

as well as play time with their own dog family.

They have the best of both worlds and simply thrive,

both receiving and giving.

Reaching the Community

Cathy has our Golden Retriever, Cooper, a former Seeing Eye Puppy, evaluated and certified by the Canines for Christ program to give animal-assisted therapy in promoting encouragement to all ages and all walks of life and needs in the community. This volunteer program has incredible rewards in witnessing the wide and vast benefit of the powerful human – animal connection. She looks forward to involving more of our dog family in helping and loving on the community with the “Golden Love”
